GENERAL BOOKING INFORMATION

​​​​​KINDERERMÄSSIGUNG (VOM TAGESPREIS)​

  • 0 – 2 Jahre: 100% = kostenlos

  • 3 – 5 Jahre: 70 % Rabatt

  • 6 – 15 Jahre: 40 % Rabatt

  • 16 – 18 Jahre: 20 % Rabatt

 

Kinderpreise gelten ab 2 Vollzahlern (in der Junior Suite und im Familienappartement Murtal ab 3 Vollzahlern) und werden
auf ganze Zahlen aufgerundet. Der Rabatt bezieht sich auf den Erwachsenen-Tagespreis ohne Kurzaufenthaltszuschlag und ohne Langaufenthaltsabschlag.

ZUSÄTZLICHE PREISINFOS​​

  • Kurzaufenthaltszuschlag (1–2 Nächte): Sommer € 10 / Winter € 15 auf den jeweiligen Tagespreis

  • Langaufenthaltsabschlag (ab 7 Nächte): € 5 vom jeweiligen Tagespreis

  • Tiefgarage für: Motorräder kostenlos / PKW gegen Gebühr

  • Preisaktionen nicht kombinierbar; jeweils nur 1 Preisaktion gültig

AN- & ABREISE

Die Zimmer sind am Anreisetag ab 15:00 Uhr bezugsfertig und müssen am Abreisetag bis 11:00 Uhr freigemacht werden. Bei Spätanreise (nach 20 Uhr) ersuchen wir Sie um frühzeitige Bekanntgabe, da ein Code für den Schlüsselsafe vereinbart werden muss. Rezeptionsöffnungszeiten: 07:30 – 20:00 Uhr.

ANZAHLUNG

Die von uns schriftlich bestätigte Buchung hat erst mit Einlangen Ihrer Anzahlung Gültigkeit.

Die Anzahlung (20 % der Gesamtsumme) kann über Bekanntgabe Ihrer Kreditkartennummer (VISA oder Mastercard) abgebucht oder mittels einer Überweisung auf unser Konto bei der Bank:

getätigt werden.

​STORNO

Kostenlose Stornierung innerhalb von 1 Monat vor Anreise. Für spätere Zurücknahme von Buchungen behalten wir uns die Berechnung einer Stornogebühr vor. Bei Stornierung, verspäteter Anreise oder frühzeitiger Abreise gelten die allgemeinen Stornobedingungen der österreichischen Hotellerie.

Bei einer Stornierung innerhalb eines Monats erlauben wir uns folgende Stornierungsgebühren zu verrechnen:   
- bis 14 Tage vor Anreise: 40% des Gesamtbetrages des gebuchten Aufenthaltes
- bis 7 Tage vor Anreise 70% des Gesamtbetrages des gebuchten Aufenthaltes
- binnen 7 Tage: 90% des Gesamtbetrages des gebuchten Aufenthaltes
- bei No-Show, nicht in Anspruch genommener Zimmer oder vorzeitiger Abreise werden 100% des Gesamtbetrages in Rechnung gestellt.

​​REISERÜCKTRITTSSCHUTZ

Diese kann auch über das Hotel mit der Anzahlung abgeschlossen werden. Unser Angebot beträgt dafür € 5 pro Person und gebuchtem Urlaubstag. Sollten Sie Ihren Urlaub wegen eines triftigen Grundes nicht antreten können, erhalten Sie Ihre geleistete Anzahlung abzüglich der Stornoschutzprämie umgehend zurück. Falls Sie diesen preiswerten Service nutzen möchten, teilen Sie dies bitte bei Ihrer Reservierung gesondert mit.

  • All prices incl. the Grizzly 3/4 indulgence board and all beary inclusive services

  • Dogs on request, contribution to costs € 15 per night

  • Underground parking: for cars for a fee / for motorcycles free of charge

  • Check-in: from 3 p.m. / check-out: until 11 a.m.

  • Reception opening hours: 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

  • Deposit amount: 20% of the total room price

  • Payment: Cash, EC-Card, Mastercard, VISA or free bank transfer, if made before the start of the holiday

  • Cancellation protection through the hotel: € 5 per person per booked vacation day. Should you not be able to start your vacation due to a valid reason, you will immediately receive your deposit back minus the cancellation protection premium.

CHILDREN DISCOUNT (FROM THE DAILY PRICE)

  • 0 - 2 years free of charge

  • 3 - 5 years 70 % discount

  • 6 - 15 years 40 % discount

  • 16 - 18 years 20 % discount

 

Children's prices are valid from 2 full-paying guests (in the Junior Suite and in the Family Apartment Murtal from 3 full-paying guests) and are rounded up to whole numbers.

 

 

ADDITIONAL PRICE INFO​

  • Short stay surcharge (1-2 nights): Summer € 10 / Winter € 15 on the respective daily price.

  • Long stay discount (from 7 nights): € 5 from the respective daily price.

  • Underground parking for: Motorcycles free of charge / cars for a fee. 

  • Price promotions cannot be combined; only 1 price promotion valid at a time.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

The rooms are ready for occupancy from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure. In case of late arrival (after 8 pm) we ask you to inform us in advance, because a code for the key safe has to be arranged. Reception opening hours: 07:30 - 20:00.

APPOINTMENT

The booking confirmed by us in writing is valid only upon receipt of your deposit.

The deposit (20% of the total amount) can be debited by providing your credit card number (VISA or Mastercard) or by means of a transfer to our account at the bank:

CANCELLATION

Free cancellation within 1 month before arrival. For later withdrawal of bookings we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. In case of cancellation, late arrival or early departure, the general cancellation conditions of the Austrian hotel industry apply.

In case of cancellation within one month, we allow us to charge the following cancellation charges:
- until 14 days before arrival: 40% of the total amount of the booked stay
- up to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount of the booked stay
- within 7 days: 90% of the total amount of the booked stay
- for no-show, unused rooms or early departure 100% of the total amount will be charged

TRAVEL CANCELLATION PROTECTION

This can also be concluded via the hotel with the deposit. Our offer for this is € 5 per person and booked vacation day. Should you not be able to start your vacation due to a valid reason, you will immediately receive your deposit back minus the cancellation protection premium. If you would like to use this inexpensive service, please inform us separately when making your reservation.

PAYMENT

We accept cash payments, EC card, Mastercard and VISA (except BusinessCard). A transfer free of charge is accepted if it is made before the start of the vacation.

 


BREAKDOWN RECOVERY SERVICE FOR TESTRIDE MOTORCYCLISTS AND CYCLISTS, WHO USE THE HOTEL'S OWN E-MOUNTAIN BIKE RENTAL SERVICE

We are happy to offer a breakdown recovery service for € 5 for cyclists and € 10 for motorcyclists per excursion day. This service includes a pick-up within the hotel perimeter of a total distance of 200 km (there & back). For each additional kilometer € 0,80 will be charged. If a technical defect occurs during the use of the motorcycle test ride, the breakdown recovery service is free of charge. The breakdown recovery service must be contracted by the hotel before departure; booking afterwards is not possible. Recovery and related costs are not included in the service.

DOGS

The cost contribution is € 15 per night. Please bring your own dog blanket and basket. Large dogs only on request. We ask for your understanding that in the wellness area as well as in the restaurant your four-legged darlings have no access. We reserve the right to charge for any special final cleaning or damage that may be required.
