Is there enough parking space around your Grizzly Resort?
Yes, you will find parking spaces in front of our hotel, you can park at the lift car park or in our underground car park, for which we take the liberty of charging a fee. In summer, motorbikes are free of charge.

Is it possible to book only overnight breakfast in your hotel?
Yes, overnight breakfast is also possible at our Grizzly Resort.

Is gluten-free or lactose-free food possible in your restaurant?
Yes, gluten-free or lactose-free food in our restaurant is possible.

How high is the entrance to the hotel’s underground car park?
Our underground car park entrance is 2.45 m high.

How much is the deposit that has to be paid for our holiday with you?
The amount of the deposit is 20% of the total amount of the stay.

What are the general cancellation conditions at your hotel?
Our general cancellation conditions are:
up to 1 month before arrival you can cancel free of charge, up to 14 days before arrival you have to pay 40% of the total amount, up to 7 days before arrival there is a fee of 70% and within 7 days before arrival there is a fee of 90% of the total amount.
If you wish to cancel on the day of arrival, you will have to pay the total amount.
If you are unable to travel due to health reasons, your reservation will of course be cancelled free of charge upon presentation of a medical certificate.

How many degrees does the heated outdoor pool have?
Our heated outdoor pool has a temperature of 33°C.

From when are children allowed in the sauna area of the hotel?
As our sauna area at Grizzyl Resort is a nude area, entry is only permitted from the age of 15. However, children under 15 are allowed to use the pool and relaxation room.

Do you also take larger groups at your hotel?
If the Grizzly Resort has sufficient capacity, then of course we are happy to take larger groups.

Experience shows that there is snow in March in the Katschberg/Aineck ski area?
From experience, the guests of the Grizzly Resort were very satisfied with the snow situation in March.

In which direction do the rooms of your hotel look?
We have different room categories with different views.
View of the piste, view towards Speiereck and view towards Murtal.

How far is the ski school or the nearest ski rental shop from the hotel or the ski area?
A ski school and 2 ski rental shops are directly adjacent to the hotel.

Are you located directly at the ski slope Aineck/Katschberg?
Yes, our hotel is located directly at the valley station of the Silverjet 1 gondola lift.

What time is check-in at your hotel?
Check-in is possible from 15:00.

How long are we allowed to stay in the room on departure?
On the day of departure you can use the room until 11:00 am.
A late departure may also be possible by arrangement (for a fee).

Are the rooms in your hotel next to each other?
If you wish, we can reserve rooms next to each other for you.
