Is there enough parking space around your house?

Yes, you will find parking spaces in front of our house, you can park at the lift parking lot or in our underground garage, for which we allow ourselves to charge a fee. In summer the motorcycles are free of charge.

 

Is it possible to book only with overnight breakfast?

Yes, overnight breakfast is also possible.

 

Is gluten-free or lactose-free food possible?

Yes, gluten-free or lactose-free food is possible.

 

How high is the entrance to the underground parking garage?

Our underground parking entrance is 2.45 m high.

 

What is the amount of the deposit that must be paid?

The amount of the deposit is 20% of the total amount.

 

What are the general cancellation conditions?

Up to 1 month before arrival you can cancel free of charge, up to 14 days before arrival you have to pay 40% of the total amount, up to 7 days before arrival there is a fee of 70% and within 7 days before arrival there is a fee of 90% of the total amount.
If you want to cancel on the day of arrival, you have to pay the total amount.

From when are children allowed in the sauna area?

Since our sauna area is a nude area, entry is only permitted from the age of 15.  

 

Do you also take larger groups?

If we have sufficient capacity available, we are of course happy to take larger groups.

 

How far away is the ski school or the nearest ski rental shop?

A ski school and 2 ski rental shops are directly adjacent to the hotel.

 

When is check-in?

Check-in is possible from 15:00.

 

How long are we allowed to stay in the room on departure?

On the day of departure you can use the room until 11:00 am.
Late departure may also be possible by arrangement.

 

Are the rooms next to each other?

If you wish, we can reserve rooms next to each other for you.

 

We would need a room with a separate toilet - is that possible with you?

We also have rooms with separate bathroom and WC.
